This year the Autumn Equinox (9/22) lands just days after the Harvest Full Moon (9/20). This is the time for both releasing AND harvesting.
Sounds counterintuitive right?
But when you let go, you make room for the beautiful harvest.

And that's just what we'll be doing.

Join me to learn more about the season of autumn, what Autumn Equinox represents, and how to use its energy to release + harvest.

Learn a "Release + Receive" ritual that I channeled from the Celtic goddess Brigid. This tool will help you let go of the heavy load upon you to let in the light and love that lifts you.

Each person will have 10-15 minutes to channel individually with me. You can request guidance on anything weighing on your heart, communicate with a loved one that's passed, and/or discover what messages your spirit guides have for you this autumn season.

Meet Bridget.

Hi, I'm Bridget Shoquist. I'm a BARE Certified Life Coach and Intuitive Channel. My special sauce is that I combine life coaching with intuitive channeling to interpret the messages I receive from the spirit guides on the "other side."
Because I channel at the highest vibration of light and love, I have the opportunity to provide the gift that I treasure the most; Providing clarity, comfort, and healing.

Some personal fun facts about me...
I live with my husband and 2 daughters in Hudson, Wisconsin. We enjoy hiking around the beautiful St. Croix Valley, having impromptu dance parties, family movie nights with popcorn, and pampering the Queen of the house - our dog Lottie.
